The first session is usually to make an assessment concerning the issues you are facing.

We can then decide how best we can work together, and what your aims or goals for counselling are. Building regular reviews is helpful and will ensure that your needs are being met. It also means that you receive the right kind of support, whether short or longer term.

I charge £55 a session which includes the cost of having regular professional clinical supervision, an ethical and legal requirement for all therapy services.
